RCCG Region 5 Conference

Describe the type of Event: 

Day One: The event is a two-days regional conference event starting at 7 pm on Friday 17th May. We would require a theater style set up for Friday. Also a light freshment of hot drinks, water and snacks is required for the Friday evening event. 

Day Two: The second day on Saturday 18th May starts at 7:00am. This is a breakfast meeting and requires a table set-up in Banquet style, to include table coverings and a centre-table flower vase. 

Estimated Attendance: 200-250 Date of Event: Friday 17th and Saturday 18th May 

Time of Event (this includes set up and clear up times): Friday 17th May 2pm – Not sure.
